WPM Welcomes The Imperial Condominium to its Association Real Estate Management Portfolio
WPM Real Estate Management, one of the region’s leading property management firms, announced today that its Association Real Estate Division has been awarded management for The Imperial, a six-story condominium located in the Glen neighborhood of northwest Baltimore. The firm took over management of the community on September 1, 2022.
Built in the mid-1960s, this well-established community spans two buildings and totals 141 condo units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes. The community includes a director’s room, garage, laundry room and business center. It is located close to Reisterstown Road Plaza, Northwest Plaza and Sinai Hospital.
